Main mission :

To evaluate the efficacy (memory, anxiety) of our lead compound in preclinical models of Alzheimer's
disease and on diabetes and motor coordination in preclinical models of Wolfram syndrome.


Activities :

  • Analyze memory and anxiety in transgenic mouse models of Alzheimer's disease.
  • Analyze glucose intolerance and motor coordination in transgenic models of Wolfram syndrome.
  • Analyze the compound's effect on cellular models of these two pathologies.
