The Drug Discovery Center U1177 INSERM-Institut Pasteur de Lille-University of Lille (www.deprezlab.fr) is dedicated the design, optimisation and characterization of compounds for therapeutic applications. In particular the team of Pr Rebecca Deprez-Poulain has discovered modulators of the ERAP enzymes, key proteases implicated in the production of mature peptides with important applications in autoimmune diseases and in cancer immunotherapy. The team wishes to recruit a Postdoctoral scientist in biology.


The candidate’s role will be to design, develop and use relevant in vitro assays to characterize ERAP inhibitors and understand the biological functions of these proteins, and participate in the analysis of in vivo experiments. He/she will use/develop biochemical assays, perform screening of compounds in various antigen presentation and T cell activation assays, target engagement assays, design of specific antigen presentation assays (plasmids, crispr, ...) and lead histology experiments.
