We are looking for highly motivated postdoctoral researcher candidates with a PhD degree in device physics and engineering or condensed matter and a strong background in electronics of 2D crystals. Previous experience in electrical characteristics of 2D materials at variable temperature and ferroelectric materials is beneficial.

The successful candidate will be integrated in a truly interdisciplinary and international group working on multifunctional materials and devices. Very good level of English (oral and written) is requested. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
