Bridging AI-based biological design and biological hardware using molecular biology and lab automation. We are in the process of developing a module that uses DNA as an input, measures the phenotype of this genotype and outputs a phenotype encoded in DNA. We initially implemented this system for programmable DNA binding proteins with promising results.


Specific Requirements

- Candidates must possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences

- Experience in directed evolution within mammalian cells is appreciated.

- Experience in molecular biology applied to selection techniques such as cis-display, proximity ligation or similar, is appreciated.

- Experience with high-throughput technologies and experimental automation (e.g., Opetrons or equivalent).


Benefits

The gross annual remuneration will be the equivalent of the researcher category according to current remuneration tables (currently between €35,594.04 and €40,949.88 gross per year)
