Molecular modelling of boron clusters and analysis of their aromaticity by means of electronic and magnetic aromaticity criteria. The research will be carried out in the group of Prof. Dr. Jordi Poater at the Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry of the Universitat de Barcelona. The candidate must have a strong background in the use of quantum chemical techniques for the analysis of aromaticity of both 2D and 3D compounds. It is required expertise in the analysis of magnetic property densities.


Gross salary: 23.731,44 € gross per year (11.865,72 € gross for 6 months)
