Candidates for a two-year post-doc position are invited to submit their application to the Postdoctoral Fellowships - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, to join the Centre for Molecular Biophysics, National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).

The postdoctoral project is dedicated to the development and optimisation of plasmid transfection in muscle in vitro and in vivo models for the purpose of autologous antibody production/vectorized antibodies.

Therapeutic antibodies are currently industrially produced in bioreactors, which is expensive and time-consuming. Another modality of drug delivery would consist in delivering an expression vector into the patient's cells, enabling them to produce the therapeutic antibody thus treating the disease.

The Postdoctoral Fellowships - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions call for proposal support the creative and innovative potential of researchers holding a PhD, wishing to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary mobility.

The purpose of this job offer is to identify the candidate who will apply to this call and, if selected, be hosted in our Laboratory as post-doctoral researcher.

Nanomedicines and Nanoprobes department (Département Nanomédicaments et Nanosondes -NMNS) is developing in vivo autologous production of biopharmaceuticals for therapeutic purposes. The framework of this project is the development and optimization of vectorized antibodies for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases.

Applicants must submit their CV, a cover letter summarising the experimental approaches and skills they will be using, and a recent letter of support to Denis Mulleman before the 14th of June.

The international committee will proceed with the hearing of three selected candidates in July 2026 (date to be defined) on remote. The candidates will be informed before the 15th of August of the decision, and the full proposal will be submitted before the 9th of September to the MSCA Fellowship. The evaluation of the proposal will be and a notification of the decision will be sent by the European Commission 5 month afterwards.
