Skills/Qualifications

• • Experience in peptide synthesis, optimization, scale-up and characterization (Uv-vis, NMR, HPLC, mass spectrometry) and in vitro assays (cell cultures, cytotoxicity, liposome studies, fluorescence markers) will be highly valued.

Specific Requirements

• • Excellent level of English and capacity to write scientific articles in this language will be also highly valued.

Eligibility criteria

A specific committee will evaluate the applications using the following criteria:
• • Suitability of the CV for the job (maximum 30)
• • PhD in the specific research field (maximum 20)
• • Motivation letter (maximum 10)
• • Experience in the research field (maximum 30). E.g.: >3 years (30 points), <3 years (29-0 points)
• • Other criteria based on specific merits (maximum 10)

Selection process

• The specific committee will agree upon an award proposal and draw up a prioritized shortlist of candidates who have achieved a minimum of 60 points or declare the call for applications null and void if none of the applicants reach the minimum score.
• The award proposal will be published in the UB's electronic office and must include the total scores of the candidates that have received a total of at least 60 points.
