  • • Implement regulated training activities and contribute to continuous training activities.
  • • Conduct research that allows the development of new AI methodologies based on deep learning that allow for assisting musical composition, production and performance.
  • • Improve existing datasets and create new ones useful for deep learning models


Skills/Qualifications

  • • Be in possession of a Doctorate degree
  • • Not have been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the public administrations, nor be disqualified by a final judgment from the performance of public functions. In the case of being a national of another State, not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation nor have been subjected to a disciplinary or equivalent sanction that prevents, in their State, in the same terms access to public jobs.

Specific Requirements

  • • PhD in engineering, computer science or related fields
  • • Research experience in music technology, especially related to the fields of music understanding and music information retrieval
  • • Experience in managing large data collections
  • • Experience in teaching and supervising students
  • • Fluent English and a good level of Spanish will be valued

These participation requirements must be met on the last day of the application deadline, they must be reliably proven at any time during the selection process and they must continue to be met on the date the contract is signed.
