Job Duties:

• • Independent research activities, especially in the research focus areas of the institute (social evaluation in entrepreneurship, role of entrepreneurship and innovations in transformation processes, entrepreneurial spaces & ecosystems)
• • Publish research in high-ranking, peer-reviewed journals
• • Develop and submit research funding proposals
• • Teaching in bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs in German and English
• • Supervise doctoral researchers
• • Liaise with stakeholders from industry and public policy

Your Qualifications:

• • The successful candidate must hold a completed doctoral/PhD degree in Business Economics
• • Expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation
• • Expert knowledge in empirical methods
• • Publication experience in relevant peer-reviewed journals
• • Enthusiasm for research and strong performance orientation
• • Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written (C1 level)

• • On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 4,932.90 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
