Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw

announces a competition for the position of

Head of the Pediatric Surgery and Pediatric Urology Clinic (M/F)

located at the Children of Warsaw Specialized Public Healthcare Center (SZPZOZ im. Dzieci Warszawy) in Dziekanów Leśny, ul. Marii Konopnicka 65.

Employment: full-time

Candidates applying for the competition must meet the following requirements:

- hold the academic title of professor or the academic degree of doctor habilitated in medical sciences,

- have a specialization in pediatric urology and pediatric surgery,,

- demonstrate appropriate achievements in research, teaching, clinical, and organizational work,

- meet the requirements for academic teachers specified in § 20, section 7 of the CMKP Statutes (Annex to Resolution No. 189 of the CMKP Scientific Council of June 26, 2019).

The following documents must be attached to the application:

1. Application for the position covered by the competition.

2. Declaration of selection of CMKP as the primary place of employment within the meaning of the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science in the event of winning the competition.

3. Declaration of the candidate exercising full public rights and having no criminal record for an intentional crime or intentional tax offense.

4. Curriculum vitae, including professional career history.

5. Documents confirming scientific, teaching, clinical, and organizational achievements, as well as the right to practice medicine.

6. Documents confirming professional qualifications for the given position.

7. Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process: "I consent to the processing of my personal data included in my application documents by the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. 99/103 Marymoncka St., 01 -813 Warsaw, for the purposes necessary to conduct the recruitment process by the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education. Providing data beyond the scope required by the Recruitment Program is voluntary, however, providing such data without consenting to processing will prevent me from participating in the recruitment process. I have understood that I have the right to withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on my consent before its withdrawal."

8. Declaration of having read the information clause regarding the processing of personal data by the CMKP, in the following format: "I declare that I have read the information regarding the processing of my personal data by the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw."

The competition results are expected to be announced by the end of February 2026.
