- work environment: Integrated in the Molecular Bases of Inflammation Team (IGMM CNRS UMR5535), he/she will benefit from a stimulating scientific environment, guidance from permanent researchers, and access to the institute’s technological platforms (microscopy, flow cytometry, transcriptomics, etc.).

- main mission: The recruited postdoctoral researcher will lead cell culture, senescence induction protocols, and molecular analyses (RT-qPCR, Western blot, immunofluorescence), including inhibitor testing. Responsibilities also include data analysis, interpretation, and valorization.
Embedded in the "Molecular Bases of Inflammation" team at IGMM (CNRS UMR5535), the candidate will thrive in a dynamic scientific environment, supported by permanent researchers and advanced technological platforms (microscopy, flow cytometry, transcriptomics). Active participation in project meetings is required.
This 18-month position aligns with the project’s scientific, valorization, and knowledge-transfer goals

- activities:

• • Experimental Work in Cell Biology, including cell culture and transfection of primary cells as well as imaging analyses
• • Establish and validate cellular and in vivo models of senescence.
• • Implement protocols to inhibit senescence using candidate inhibitors
• • Molecular and Pharmacological Analyses, including RT-qPCR, Western blotting
• • Conduct pharmacological assays using candidate inhibitors
  He/She will participate to data management and interpretation.
  He/She will participate in project integration and collaboration

The net monthly salary is between €2,200 and €2,380

The contract duration is 18 months
