- work environment: The PhyMedExp Research Unit – Physiology and Experimental Medicine of the Heart and Muscles – has been designated a "Strategic Hub" by AFM-Téléthon (MYOccitanie) for a period of five years. Within this framework, a structured research program encompassing all the laboratory's research themes is being implemented. One of these research themes focuses on dystrophinopathies, particularly DMD.

- main mission: Clinical and translational research on the two main activities of Dr. Calderon's team within PhyMedExp:
1) The neuropsychological outcomes of patients with congenital heart disease in the QUALINEURO-REHAB Risk study and
2) The characterization of neurobehavioral phenotypes in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) within the MYOccitanie Strategic Hub

- activities: Scientific and clinical research activities including: data analysis, drafting of research protocols on the two proposed themes, and collection of neurobehavioral data

The net monthly salary is €2,200

The contract duration is 3 years

Skills/Qualifications

PhD in Psychology with one year of postdoctoral experience. Proficiency in neuropsychological assessment tools and experience in clinical research required. Excellent interpersonal skills in clinical interviews and observation of pediatric populations.
