The AGM Research Center in Mathematics of CY Cergy Paris University seeks candidates for one post-doctoral position. The position is funded by the ERC starting grant project FloWAS, whose P.I. is Charles Collot, and by another ANR funding of the P.I.

The tentative start date is September 1, 2026. The post-doctoral position is for two years. Teaching duties are possible but are not mandatory. The post-doctoral fellow will receive a net salary of around 2600 euros per month, including health and welfare insurance.

The position is open to holders of a PhD in mathematics. The candidates are expec- ted to have a strong experience in the analysis of partial differential equations. The research topic of the postdoc will be on issues of long time dynamics and singularity formation, for waves, fluids, or reaction-diffusion equations. They will work under the guidance of Charles Collot. They will receive funding for their travels from the FloWAS ERC project.

Located in the Paris area, the AGM center gathers researchers working in geometric analysis, mathematical physics, partial differential equations and probability, with whom the candidates will be able to interact.
