1. Master of Science in Engineering (MSc Eng.) in the field of Agricultural Sciences, having completed a degree programme in Food Technology and Human Nutrition;

2. PhD degree awarded in the field of Agricultural Sciences, in the discipline of Food Technology and Nutrition;

3. authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications in the field of Food Technology, including publications in journals listed by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education;

4. active participation in at least three scientific conferences through the presentation of oral communications and/or poster presentations;

5. experience in teaching at the university level, particularly in conducting laboratory classes in Biochemistry or related subjects;

6. fluent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written;

7. several years of experience working in analytical and microbiological laboratories, including:

knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP);

practical experience in the application of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) methods for the analysis of food components;

experience in the cultivation of filamentous fungi, bacteria, and human and animal cell lines.

1. documented pedagogical training;

2. certificate of completion of a training course in the operation of steam sterilization autoclaves;

3. demonstrated commitment to and aptitude for teaching and research;

4. excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate knowledge effectively;

5. well-developed organizational skills.
