We are seeking a highly creative and research-oriented professional to join a European Commission–funded project focused on the design, development, and implementation of an innovative executive education program at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Energy Systems, and Entrepreneurship.

The role is situated within an applied research and innovation context in education, combining program design, instructional innovation, and experimental learning methodologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced learning ecosystem and collaborate closely with academic faculty and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• • Contribute to the research-based co-design and development of an innovative educational program integrating AI, energy transition, and entrepreneurship, grounded in emerging industry trends and pedagogical innovation. 
• • Design and implement experiential and data-informed learning methodologies, including simulations, venture creation frameworks, and multi-agent learning environments involving entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate actors. 
• • Investigate and integrate Artificial Intelligence as both a research object and an enabling tool within the learning process (e.g., AI-supported decision-making, collaborative platforms, and adaptive learning systems). 
• • Support faculty in translating research-driven program design into engaging, evidence-based learning experiences across executive education formats (in-person, hybrid, and digital). 
• • Act as a research-informed teaching assistant during program delivery, contributing to session facilitation, learning design evaluation, and student engagement analysis. 
• • Contribute to the design and execution of experimental academic interventions, such as startup labs, investment simulations, pitch experiments, and applied challenges in collaboration with industry partners. 
• • Engage in continuous research and iterative improvement of the program through feedback analysis, learning analytics, and emerging educational technologies.
