We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher in the area of gravitational wave physics to join and extend our work in gravitational wave data analysis and our contribution to the LIGO Scientific Collaboration and Einstein Telescope. 

The successful candidate will be involved in the gravitational wave astronomy research area as part of the GRAVITY research group, within the framework of the project "Ground-based Discovery Machines for Gravitational Wave Astronomy" (PI: David Keitel). 

Specifically, they will take part in one or several of the following research goals:

• • New frontiers in discovering signals from spinning neutron stars.
• • New frontiers in discovering gravitationally lensed gravitational waves. 

Research in the gravitational physics group at the UIB spans a wide range of topics, including gravitational wave data analysis, waveform modelling and numerical relativity. 

The group comprises PI Alicia Sintes, a further ten faculty members and a large number of post-doctoral researchers and PhD students. 

The group is a member of the IAC3 institute at UIB and the LIGO Scientific Collaboration, Einstein Telescope and LISA collaborations.
