Dizertačná práca sa zameriava na proces transformácie rozvoja kompetencií zamestnancov v agrosektore v kontexte digitálnej éry. S narastajúcou digitalizáciou a automatizáciou poľnohospodárstva je nevyhnutné, aby pracovníci získali nové vedomosti a zručnosti potrebné na efektívne využívanie moderných technológií, akými sú e-learning, umelá inteligencia a dátová analytika.

Dizertačná práca sa zameriava na ekonomické aspekty vzdelávania v agrosektore, analyzuje prínosy investícií do rozvoja ľudského kapitálu a hodnotí efektivitu digitálnych vzdelávacích metód. Cieľom je identifikovať kľúčové faktory ovplyvňujúce úspešnú adaptáciu zamestnancov na digitálne technológie a navrhnúť optimálne vzdelávacie stratégie, ktoré prispejú k zvýšeniu produktivity a konkurencieschopnosti podnikov agrosektora.

Výsledky výskumu poskytnú ucelený pohľad na problematiku rozvoja kompetencií v rozvíjajúcom sa poľnohospodárskom sektore a môžu slúžiť ako základ pre tvorbu vzdelávacích politík, podnikových stratégií a verejnej podpory digitalizácie poľnohospodárstva.

The dissertation focuses on the process of transforming employee competency development in the agro sector in the context of the digital era. With the increasing digitalization and automation of agriculture, it is essential for workers to acquire new knowledge and skills necessary for the effective use of modern technologies, such as e-learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

The dissertation concentrates on the economic aspects of education in the agro sector, analyzing the benefits of investments in human capital development and evaluating the effectiveness of digital educational methods. The objective is to identify key factors influencing the successful adaptation of employees to digital technologies and to propose optimal training strategies that contribute to increasing productivity and the competitiveness of agro-sector enterprises.

The research findings will provide a comprehensive perspective on the issue of competency development in the evolving agricultural sector and may serve as a basis for the development of educational policies, corporate strategies, and public support for the digitalization of agriculture.
