The employee will be involved in research work related to the technology and electrical characterization of MIS / MIM structures, in particular reliability testing and analysis of the impact of defects in the structures of MOSFET and RRAM transistors. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in the electrical characterization of semiconductor devices, measurement data analysis, and programming. In addition, knowledge of the physics of semiconductor devices is required. The employee’s tasks will include planning and conducting research, preparing scientific publications, applying for research funding, and participating in scientific conferences
