Postdoctoral fellow position in Laboratory for Precipitation Processes at the Division of Materials Chemistry; 1 position available.


Eligibility criteria

In addition to the general criteria for employment from Article 39, paragraph 7 of the Higher Education and Scientific Activity Act, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • - academic degree of Doctor of Science in the field of natural sciences, chemistry or biology,
  • - active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with methods in microbial ecology (DNA extraction, PCR amplification, SEM microscopy, stable isotope labelling (DNA-SIP), amplicon and metagenome sequence analysis, with excellent knowledge of statistics, with published scientific papers and with a willingness to work in the field.
