The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for performing statistical analysis of complex datasets derived from large-scale biological images, as well as proteomic and genomic data. The postdoctoral researcher will support other team members in processing and interpreting the statistical analysis of these datasets. The postdoctoral researcher will also contribute to the integration of the obtained results with publicly available databases such as TGCA and DepMap. The researcher will work on enhancing an existing tool for the quantification of toroidal nuclei in biological images and will make it publicly accessible through a web server. Their work will be essential for correlating experimental observations with existing knowledge, facilitating hypothesis generation and validation within the scope of the project.
