Rector of the University of Siedlce

announces the competition for the position of:

  • • an assistant professor in the teaching group (male/female)
  • • discipline: animal science and fisheries
  • • at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (Institute of Zootechnics and Fisheries)

Skills/Qualifications

  • • Candidates applying for the above position should meet the requirements set forth in Article 20(1) points 1-3 and Article 113 points 1 and 2 of the Law of July 20, 2018 - Law of Higher Education and Sciences and:
  • • have a master's degree (MSc ora MEng) in the field of agricultural sciences in the discipline of animal sciences and fisheries or veterinary medicine;
  • • have the qualifications and experience in the field of animal behavior, animal care, animal-assisted therapy, dogotherapy and animal training (courses, training, postgraduate studies);
  • • have an experience working with animals;
  • • have the ability to work in a team;
  • • be familiar with Polish to the extent that they are able to conduct academic classes;

Specific Requirements

  • • Additional advantages will be:
  • • experience in organizational work of scientific associations;
  • • participation in scientific conferences.
