Skills/Qualifications

• • At least a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences, the discipline of management and quality sciences or economics and finance.
• • Scientific publications in scientific journals or in reviewed proceedings of international conferences, or a scientific monograph, or a chapter in a book, recognized in the scientific evaluation process under separate regulations, in the discipline of management and quality sciences or economics and finance.
• • Significant scientific activity carried out in cooperation with other universities or research institutions, in particular international ones.
• • Participation in research activities (substantive execution and/or leadership of projects, grants, or research teams).
• • Experience in conducting teaching activities in higher education.
• • Documented knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe.
• • For foreign nationals – fluent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written, at least at C1 level.
• • Achievements that are the basis for applying for the above-mentioned position, must be achievements obtained after the award of the academic degree of doctor.
