A full-time position on a fixed-term contract to conduct research related to the overall objectives of the REVENANT project

REQUIREMENTS:

– PhD degree in the humanities, in the field of ethnology and anthropology, art history, history, literature or another field and area that aligns with the project's research objectives,

– participation in scientific research in the fields that align with the project's research objectives,

– active command of spoken and written English,

– ability to conduct research in several countries associated with the REVENANT project (with a specific emphasis on research topics related to the Russian Empire or post-Russian/post-Soviet heritage).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

– expertise in the geographical and historical context related to REVENANT (focus on the heritage of the Russian Empire or the post-Soviet aspect of the research)

– A successful candidate who has obtained a higher education degree outside the Croatian higher education system must obtain a decision/opinion on the evaluation of their foreign higher education degree issued by the Agency for Science and Higher Education before employment begins: https://www.azvo.hr/hr/ured-enic-naric/priznavanje-kvalifikacija

Successful candidates must comply with the residency regulations of the Republic of Croatia for the duration of the project.
