PhD researcher for the project Pyrenean Comprehensive Programme for Professional Adaptation (CIMA 360/ EFA218/06).

The selected person will carry out research, transfer and pedagogical innovation activities linked to the CIMA360 project, especially within Action 4, led by the INEFC and aimed at the design, validation and transfer of innovative training tools to respond to the challenges of climate change in mountain professions.

Main responsibilities and tasks (derived from INEFC functions in the project CIMA360):

• • Participation in the analysis of emerging competences and diagnosis of training needs (A4.1).
• • Contribution to the design and updating of contents, methodologies and pedagogical models for professional sectors affected by climate change (A4.2).
• • Development of innovative teaching tools, pedagogical kits and guides applicable to the Pyrenean area (A4.3).
• • Collaboration in co-creation processes with cross-border partners and with the Alt Urgell – La Seu d'Urgell Territorial Working Group.
• • Participation in the pilot validation of training tools in the territory and analysis of usage data.
• • Preparation of scientific and technical reports, manuals and transfer documents.
• • Participation in communication and capitalization tasks: seminars, meetings, public events and support on the project website.
• • Contribution to POCTEFA communication obligations: web publications, posters, informative material, etc.

The contracted staff will participate in INEFC's training, research and transfer activities, as well as in seminars and sessions of the CIMA360 project on a cross-border scale.
