- work environment: Our team is working on the genomes and transcriptomes of Plasmodium falciparum, a malaria parasite.


- main mission: Analysis of genomes and transcriptomes of Plasmodium falciparum from the "field" for a global analysis of the genetics of P. falciparum population in Africa. Writing the first draft of a scientific paper on P. falciparum population genetics in Africa.
