Identification, sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of antibiotic-resistant enterbacteria from armadillo, dog and human samples from Brazil,

  • Isolation, identification and purification of enterobacteria for submission to WGS.
  • Phylogenetic analyses and writing of scientific manuscripts on the results obtained.
