Job Duties:

• Initiating and conducting research projects worthy of a habilitation in the area of management accounting
• Participating in current research-projects of the institute in the area of non-financial reporting and sustainable management control
• Teaching at bachelor- and masterlevel (German and English)
• Participation in self-administrative tasks at the institute

Your Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree in business administration with with a focus on non-financial reporting and sustainable management control
• Publications and ongoing research projects after the completion of the dissertation in the area of non-financial reporting and sustainable management control
• Enthusiasm for excellent and practice-oriented teaching for the leaders of tomorrow
• Excellent German (C1 level) and English language skills (B2 level), both spoken and written.
• High level of resilience, personal responsibility and efficient time management
• High level of motivation, team spirit and strong communication skills
• High level of social competence
