We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join the Epigenetics and Single-Cell Dynamics Lab at IBMB-CSIC in Barcelona (https://herraezlab.rf.gd/).


The Project:
This ERC-funded project focuses on cellular memory—the epigenetic and transcriptional states that allow daughter cells to retain features of their ancestors. Disruption of these processes can lead to loss of cell identity, contributing to ageing and diseases such as cancer. The successful candidate will investigate the molecular mechanisms that maintain cellular memory and explore how their failure drives cellular heterogeneity and dysfunction.
