Specific Requirements

• • doctoral degree in the discipline of security sciences while fulfil the conditions indicated in § 51.2 of the URad. Statutes available in the URad. BIP;
• • scientific publications from the Communication of the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the field of security sciences, including: the national defence system, civil defence, uniformed services, artificial intelligence in the internal security system. Publications with 70 points or more are preferred;
• • teaching experience in higher education in the field of internal security in the field of security sciences, including: national defence system, civil defence, uniformed services, artificial intelligence in the internal security system;
• • experience in research work, including implementation of research grants and experience in obtaining grants;
• • experience as a supervisor of bachelor's and master's theses in the field of homeland/national security; experience in promotion of academic staff (e.g. supervisor of doctoral theses, reviewer in doctoral proceedings) would be an additional asset;
• • knowledge of issues related to the quality of higher education;
• • involvement in the organisational work of the Department/Division;
• • ability to conduct classes in the Polish language;
• • fluency in a foreign language.

Eligibility criteria

• • an application letter addressed to the Rector of Casimir Pulaski Radom University;
• • curriculum vitae (CV);
• • a personal questionnaire for the job applicant;
• • scans of documents confirming education and qualifications;
• • list of scientific and teaching achievements;
• • list of scientific publications with scoring;
• • list of implemented grants, research works with indication of financing institutions;
• • a statement on the promotion of scientific personnel, indicating the type of work;
• • a scientific development plan;
• • a declaration on having full legal capacity;
• • a declaration on the enjoyment of public rights;
• • a declaration on non-criminal record for an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal offence with a legally-binding decision of the court;
• • a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher or of the penalty of dismissal from work with the prohibition to work in higher education;
• • a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
• • a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom University will be the applicant’s primary place of work;
• • a commitment to submit the statement referred to in article 265.5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science in the field of legal sciences.

Selection process

• Documents should be submitted in person or sent by post to: Kazimierz Pulaski University of Radom, Secretariat of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Radom, ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 31 pok. nr 150 until 25.02.2026.
• The date of receipt of the documents is decisive. Planned date of adjudication of the competition: 27.02.2026 r.

• • Applications that are received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
• • Application documents can be claimed back within 14 days after the completion of the recruitment process.
