• • a track record in publishing in leading academic journals
• • experience working across disciplines such as public administration, political science, and behavioural economics
• • background working in topics such as illiberalism, ethics or (anti)democratic attitudes; or are eager to develop a research agenda on these issues with clear ideas for future projects
• • expertise in designing and conducting surveys (preferably panel surveys) and/or experiments (survey, field, natural, or lab)
• • analytical skills and familiarity with quantitative methods and statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, or Python)
• • excellent social and organisational skills, working well in a team while maintaining substantial independence
• • experience with Open Science practices (e.g., pre-registration, data sharing, or reproducibility)
