Project title: Human Vascularized Spinal Cord Organoid Device for Drug Discovery after traumatic injury.

Acronym: Spinal-TraHumanoid

Responsabilities:

Preparation of polymeric nanoparticles encapsulating drugs.

Functionalization of PLGA with peptides.

Quantification of drugs with separation techniques.

Observation of nanoparticles using microscopy.

In vitro cell culture studies with nanoparticles.

Skills/Qualifications

  • • Graduated in Pharmacy or similar
  • • Doctorate in Drug Research, Drug Development or similar with the international mention.

Specific Requirements

  • • Experience in the preparation of PLGA nanoparticles.
  • • Experience in solid phase peptide synthesis.
  • • Experience in drug delivery systems.
  • • Experience in clinical trials.
  • • Experience in neuronal models and efficacy trials of nanoparticles in neuronal diseases.
  • • Experience in writing scientific articles.
  • • Publication of articles in scientific journals.
  • • Stages abroad (at least 6 months)
