Development and maintenance of immunocompetent murine cancer models, functional characterization of T cells via flow cytometry and in vitro assays, and adoptive transfers to assess antitumour efficacy, memory, and exhaustion. Immunological analysis of the tumour microenvironment and study of mutation effects on adaptive immunity.


Skills/Qualifications

Education: PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.

Experience: Tumour immunology, T cell biology, or immunotherapy; murine models and in vivo work; adoptive transfer valued.


Specific Requirements


Skills: Flow cytometry, data analysis, cell culture, lymphocyte isolation, functional assays; in vivo mouse experience; molecular or single-cell techniques are a plus.
