Generals

Collaborate on the research project “25I609 FAIR GAME - FOSTERING AWARENESS, INCLUSION, AND RESILIENCE IN GAMING ENVIRONMENTS”, under the direction and supervision of Inmaculada Remolar Quintana of the University Institute of New Image Technologies as responsible for the contracting.

He will perform the functions of a junior research staff member in group A1 .

Specific

Works aimed at addressing the gap between EU child rights policies and their application in the real world of online video games:

- Design and prepare participatory digital literacy modules that equip children with the skills to navigate online gaming environments safely and critically.

- Develop tools to ensure inclusive and age-appropriate environments for children.

- Promoting children's mental well-being in online gaming through peer support mechanisms and thoughtful digital campaigns.

- Ensure equitable access to all project outcomes for vulnerable children, including girls, children with disabilities, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Autonomous Government (DOGV) and on the Official Noticeboard of the Universitat Jaume I (TAO-UJI), in the category “Convocatorias PI” [Calls for researchers]. The deadline for submission of applications is 10 working days as of the day following the publication of this call in the DOGV.
