  • Obtaining and managing research grants financed from domestic and foreign sources and publishing their results;
  • Publishing (independently or as co-author) in reputable publishing houses/scientific journals;

  • Teaching in English and Polish;
  • Gaining knowledge on the quality of education (this applies to both teaching and the organization of teaching);
