A Post-doctoral position for a highly motivated researcher willing to participate in the European project “Source to Sea: Leveraging community knowledge and action for restoring the Danube River basin and the Black Sea region” with a focus on capacity building, dialogic approach and learning communities, funded by Horizon Europe.

The job consists on conducting research tasks in the project: contribution to the elaboration of key documents on inclusive governance, tasks related to the transference of the dialogic methodology to the project, tasks related to the implementation of the pilot project, tasks related to the dissemination of results and to their scientific and social impact.

Gross salary per year: 34.746,24 €.

The application period is from 27 November to 11 December 2025.

Skills/Qualifications

Research stays or studies in foreign universities; knowledge and experience in dialogic approach, learning communities and scientific co-creation with the public; experience and interest in scientific evidence of social impact (SESI), experience and interest in social impact of research; knowledge and experience in educational inequalities and successful interventions, including gender dimension.
