Project Missions :

This postdoctoral position is part of the ERASME strategic program (PIA4, "ExcellencES"). It is designed to address societal, environmental, and/or academic challenges.

The postdoctoral fellow in sociology will be tasked with documenting youth care work, examining age relationships in early leadership, and questioning minor collective mobilizations.

The postdoctoral fellow will be supervised by Pierrine Robin, University Professor and Director of LIRTES

Activities :

The postdoctoral researcher will focus on the proposed research project, which includes:

- Conducting surveys: sample creation, interviews, and transcription.

- Organizing a pilot phase, followed by extensive data collection.

- Thematic coding and cross-analysis.

- Conducting an ethnographic survey.

- Co-organizing a filmed presentation and participating in outreach events.

- Writing scientific publications in collaboration with the scientific director.

- Participating in laboratory activities and project monitoring meetings (PARSIE, LIRTES).

Work environment :

The candidate will be based at LIRTES (Interdisciplinary Research Laboratory on Transformations of Educational Practices and Social Practices). LIRTES is a research unit (UR 7313) of the University of Paris-Est-Créteil (UPEC), which welcomes statutory researchers, doctors, post-doctoral students, doctoral students and ITAs in a human-sized organization that allows for a sustained, varied and fruitful research dynamic. The unit aims to develop research focused on three themes:

"Experience, Training, Contextualized Learning" (EFAC)

"Social Intervention(s): Policies, Actors, Territories" (ISPAT)

"Public Problems, Interaction of Social Relations, and Prevention of Inequalities in Education" (PARSIE)
